Customer Disqualification Criteria

Uniqpur reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or permanently restrict access to customers who violate platform standards.

Platform Integrity Notice: To protect all our B2B partners and maintain a trustworthy marketplace, Uniqpur reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or permanently restrict access to customers under any of the conditions listed below.

Important: Any of the conditions listed below may result in immediate order cancellation, account restriction, or permanent blacklisting — with or without prior notice.

Non-Genuine Buyers

  • Unable to provide valid business details (boutique / shop / wholesale intent)
  • Suspicious or unverifiable identity or information

Return Policy Misuse

  • Repeated or excessive return requests
  • Returning used, altered, or damaged products
  • Returning incomplete sets or mismatched items

Payment Issues

  • Failure to complete 100% payment as per policy
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without valid reason
  • Fraudulent transactions or payment attempts

Order Misconduct

  • Placing bulk orders without genuine purchase intent
  • Frequent cancellations after order confirmation
  • Creating fake urgency or blocking inventory

Unprofessional Behaviour

  • Abusive, disrespectful, or threatening communication
  • Harassment of staff or misuse of support channels

Policy Violations

  • Violation of any Uniqpur policy (Return, Exchange, Payment, Shipping)
  • Attempting to manipulate pricing, offers, or internal processes

Reselling Misrepresentation

  • Misusing Uniqpur branding or product images falsely
  • Selling under false claims or damaging brand reputation

Fraudulent Activity

  • Use of fake accounts or multiple accounts for misuse
  • Any activity identified as fraudulent or harmful to the business
Action Taken

Consequences of Disqualification

  • Immediate Order Cancellation
    Without prior notice, upon detection
  • Wallet Hold or Restriction
    If misuse of wallet balance is detected
  • Permanent Account Suspension
    Blacklisting from the platform
  • Legal Action
    In severe or criminal fraud cases
