Delivery Responsibility

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Photo / video proof is mandatory for all damage or missing-item claims.
  • Late claims may not be accepted.

Important: Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and record an unboxing video where possible. Claims without supporting evidence cannot be processed.
