Return Window

  • A return window of 10 days will be activated from the date of delivery.
  • Any return request raised after this period will not be accepted.

Act promptly: The 10-day window starts from the confirmed delivery date. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and raise any return request without delay.

  • You do not like the design
  • You do not like the colour
  • Product does not meet your expectations

Set-Based Return Policy

  • All products are sold in pre-defined size sets per design.
  • Returns must be made for the complete set only.
  • In case of damaged pieces, only the affected pieces can be returned.

Damaged exception: If only specific pieces within a set are damaged, you may return those individual pieces. The rest of the set need not be returned.

Return Process

Follow these steps to raise a return request. All steps must be completed within the 10-day window.

    Choose your return reason and submit the request

    Ensure this is done within 10 days of delivery

Verification & Approval

  • All returns will be verified by the Uniqpur team.
  • Approval is subject to a thorough quality check of the returned items.

Fair process: Our team reviews every return impartially to ensure quality standards are met. You will be notified of the outcome within a few business days of us receiving the returned goods.

Refund / Wallet Credit

Credited to Your Uniqpur Wallet

Approved returns will be credited directly to your Uniqpur wallet balance, which can be used for any future purchases on the platform.

Rejection of Returns

  • If a return is rejected, goods will be shipped back to the client.
  • Return shipping charges will be deducted from the wallet or added to the next transaction.

Please note: Ensure all return conditions are met before submitting your request to avoid rejection and associated reverse shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If
  • Return request raised after 10 days
  • Products are used or altered
  • Incomplete sets returned (except in damaged-piece cases)
  • Items not in original condition
