Full Payment Requirement
100% Advance Payment Required
All orders are processed on a full advance payment basis. No partial payments or credit terms are available.
- Orders will be confirmed and initiated only after full payment is received.
- No order will be processed on partial payment or credit under any circumstances.

Payment Method
- Payments are accepted only through the online payment gateway available on the Uniqpur platform.
- No other payment methods — cash, cheque, bank transfer, or UPI outside the platform — will be accepted.
Secure Payments: All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.

Order Confirmation
- Orders are considered final and confirmed only after successful receipt of full payment.
- Any order placed without payment will be treated as not confirmed and will not be processed.
Please note: Placing an order without completing payment does not reserve stock. Items remain available to other buyers until payment is confirmed.

Returns & Wallet Policy
Refunds go to Uniqpur Wallet
In case of approved returns, the amount will be credited to your Uniqpur wallet for future purchases on the platform.
- In case of approved returns, the amount will be credited to the customer's Uniqpur wallet.
- Wallet balance can be used for future purchases only within the platform.

Non-Withdrawal of Funds
- Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred back to a bank account or original payment source.
- The credited amount is strictly for use within the Uniqpur platform for business purchases only.
Important: Wallet credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once credited to the wallet, the funds can only be used for placing new orders on Uniqpur.

Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are exclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- Applicable GST will be charged as per government regulations at the time of purchase.
